But Neville seized his wrist as Harry made to move on.
“We’re all going to keep fighting, Harry. You know that?” 
“Yeah, I —”
The suffocating feeling extinguished the end of the sentence; he could not go on. Neville did not seem to find it strange. He patted Harry on the shoulder, released him, and walked away to look for more bodies.

yo but seriously the harry potter series is fucking about love in all of its forms - it’s literally brought up all the time (i’m looking at you dumbledore) - so why the hell would anyone think that the author would intend for the main character’s parents to not be in love like explain that to me i want to know why anyone thinks that works
